ABOUT THE HOME: - Large shaded patio area w/ propane Blackstone griddle - Large shaded back patio area w/ outdoor movies & games - Large fully stocked kitchen - Large dining area w/ a table & a banquette - Living room w/ smart TV - Indoor laundry area SLEEPS 15: Master bedroom: King bed, sofa bed, 1 rollaway twin bed (sleeps 5) Bedroom 2: Twin-over-twin bunk bed, queen bed (sleeps 3) Bedroom 3: Queen bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 4: Queen bed, twin bed (sleeps 3) Living room: sofa bed (sleeps 2) POOL: -Pool is NOT heated. -Please do not remove the pool vacuum (it is a very expensive item & helps to keep the pool clean during your stay). -Please do not touch the pool filter equipment. -Pool service is every Monday & Friday. Do not interfere with the pool technician. SPA: - The spa can be heated for an additional $100 per day. - The heating schedule each day is 4pm-10pm. DOG FRIENDLY: - 2 dogs MAX. - $150 pet fee per dog. - No cats allowed— severe allergy. - Front yard is fully fenced. Back yard / back patio is not fully fenced.

MAX GUEST COUNT IS 15. - No day guests or visitors, unless explicitly pre-approved with host. POOL / SPA: - No glass. - No beer in the pool (damages equipment and chemistry). - Do not touch any of the pool equipment (they are all on timers). QUIET HOURS: - 10pm to 7am are STRICTLY enforced. DOGS: - Dogs allowed with $150 non-refundable pet fee - per pet. - Please clean up after your dogs (hair and waste). - Please no dogs in the pool. - Dogs must not to be left unattended in the house unless crated. Holidays require a three (3) night minimum stay. BLACKSTONE FLAT TOP: - Flat Top Griddle is self-serve. Please clean up after each use, or a $50 additional clean up fee will apply. NO FIREWORKS! DO NOT SET A/C BELOW 70 Degrees: - Outdoor temperatures often times reach 100+ degrees, but setting the thermostat below 70 degrees will only cause damage to the HVAC units & will not cool the home any faster. **Important Note** This is NOT a party house! Excessive noise (past noise ordinance) or unapproved guests (without explicit pre-approval from Host) - you may be asked to leave, with no refund.
